Infarm to Table was a quarterly moment of inspiration and education for the Infarm company, edited by Niv Gal. Through recipes and articles that reflect and illustrate the fundamental trends and topics guiding our food system, we aimed to build pride and meaning within the brand. The first recipes collection featured a selection of recipes inspired by the holiday season, with plenty of Infarm greens and playful techniques to reinforce Infarm’s brand story.
