• MoBY: Museums of Bat Yam

    Visual Identity, June 2013
  • MoBY is a museum just off the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, in the city of Bat Yam, part of the Tel Aviv metropolitan area. MoBY operates from three buildings: Ben-Ari Museum (the central building), Rivak Museum and Shalom Ash Museum (both hosting MoBY's art collection, its community program, and special events).

The new logo is inspired by the unique round architecture of the museum's central building. Three circles, in different overlapping positions, represent the three buildings in MoBY's museum campus. Altogether, they assemble a content-rich museum. The trilingual flexible identity combines Hebrew, Arabic and English as equal representatives of the geographical region, and the cultural realms within which the museum exists.
